Our e-bikes were safely enclosed in the boiler room. Staff and breakfast were very good. An ideal place for a visit to Venice. Train station is very close.

Closed parking. 8min walk to the train station Mestre and from there 10min by train to Venice. Nevertheless, quiet location.
The beds were way too soft for our taste. But this is possible for one night.

The house is very quiet and yet close to the train station. Cleanliness, comfort and facilities were fine - no more and no less.
The price is a bit too high.

The staff very competent. Good breakfast. Close to the station. Many toiletries in the bathroom. Elevator, which is not so obvious!

Very central location. Clean accommodation.
I unfortunately did not see the parking for 12 euros at the time of booking.

I liked the convenience of the shuttle service and the breakfast that was offered. Good variety and a valuable service since there were no restaurants open at that time in the area.
The area around the hotel was not very appealing.

The location, in 5 minute walk distance from the Mestre railway station. Really nice to go to Verona, Venice or Trieste. Nice staff speaking french, english. The breakfast is limited but not bad !
The bathroom is a little bit small and the room was really warm, the air conditionner being not really efficient !

Convenient Location and Decent Room. I spent Christmas at a hotel near Venice. The location is key: it's just a short walk to the train station, where you can catch a train to the main island of Venice in under 10 minutes. The room was decent, clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. The hotel also offers free breakfast, which is a great way to start the day.
Overpriced & Lacking Amenities. Although the hotel was decent, it was way overpriced for what it offered.

I was very nice place. Before i went there, i had stayed in another hotel already. Due to fully booking in that hotel, i booked a room from Hotel Ambasciata and i loved it. Whenever i go to Venice, i will stay there. It is cozy, traditional Italian hotel.Fabiola Receptionist was very helpful and sweet. Thank you guys for the lovely stay.
My room was next to the place where the breakfast was held. Therefore in the morning it was very very noisy . If you want to chose this hotel, just make sure your room is not on the first floor.

Firstly I would like to mention Fabiola at the reception, without her good will and friendly attitude, we would enjoy the stay much less. the hotel is very modern and clean. close to the bus no.2 for Venice, the journey takes 15 min. the surrounding is quiet and nice. the room is not big but is bright, nice and kept tidy every day. breakfast is very good and offers a good variety, especially fresh fruits and good pastry.
we couldn't have a double bed, despite the fact I asked for it. the nice receptionist woman got us a double mattress. the shower doors were broken and were not fixed during the 7 nights stay! the lamp cover in the bathroom was missing. these faults didn't make us unhappy, just wandering why the hotel was not able to fix such small things. the sound isolation is poor, the doors slamming and neighbor's shower were very annoying.
